ONCE UPON A TIME... COCKTAIL FANTASIA

I have never made a difference between a masterpiece and a dish lovingly cooked by my grandmother. The same goes for a cocktail...

Mixology is an Art. An art that reveals who you are if you allow yourself the freedom to create with your heart, your memories and your sensitivity. Hence my idea of creating immersive mixology workshops, Cocktail FANTASIA, using Escape-Game techniques to create your signature cocktail from an olfactory and taste profile.

This idea came about following my training in mixology with EBS (European Bartender School) and my certification as an Art Therapist-Artistic Mediator with INECAT (National Institute of Creative Expression, Art and Expression). One teaches you the meticulous design of the cocktail, the other how artistic expression is revealing of oneself.

Since then, I have pursued two careers in parallel in France and Australia:

• Bartender in Paris, on the Montmartre side, in famous establishments such as the Trois Baudets, the Cancan or the Atelier, as well as in trendy establishments in Melbourne.

• Art therapist in day hospitals (l'Élan retrouvé), associations (Macao écriture, l'Escale), medical-educational institute (le Moulin vert), nursing homes (Sainte-Monique), daytime activity center (les Papillons blancs de la colline)

Today, I bring these two passions together. With Fantasia, become the hero of a story that reveals your essence in the setting of a cocktail glass.
